Between 1st and 2nd of June 2016, Mr. Paulo COELHO, expert from Budgetary and Political Section, Allied Command Operations SHAPE – J8, Mons, Belgium delivered the 4th seminar on "Financial Resources Management in NATO”.

   Our special guest speaker presented an overview of the NATO resources and resources management process, described the military budget programming, budgeting and execution phases and explain how NATO missions and operations are funded. The activity was attended by Romanian and foreign participants from the Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Senior Officials, organized by DRESMARA.
